Why did you choose to serve in Cru? I chose the serve in Cru because of the love and support I receive in this community. Fellowship has changed my life tremendously and I can’t wait to help other experience the same while furthering my journey with the Lord.

 

 Who is your favorite Bible character and why? My favorite Bible character is Daniel because of his bravery and commitment to the lord, even in the face of danger.

 What do you love most about living in Hawaii? I love the culture and aloha here on the islands the most.

 

 What are the best ways I stay connected to Christ? The best ways that help me stay connected to Christ are silent prayers and a great community. The friends I’ve made from Cru always check up on me and continue to help me through any battles I face.

 

Spiritual words of wisdom/encouragement to students in Cru: God wants you just the way you are. Broken, sad, happy, calm, angry- it doesn’t matter how you are when you turn to Him. He loves you just the way you are and not only does He want to bless us, but He LOVES to bless us. Remember that whatever you are going through, you have the almighty, perfect God by your side. Rejoice in that.
