Fall Getaway is a time when all our Cru Movements get together and get away to rest and refresh. We hope that as we join together as a community that you would enjoy your time with others to grow in your faith in God! We are praying for you! We are excited to see what God will do in your life this weekend as we enjoy each other in community!  If you have any questions please contact your Cru Team on your campus (via DM on Slack).

**Students who have attended Fall Getaway in the past and Cru Leadership/Staff do not qualify to receive the 30% discount.

 Drivers please plan to arrive to

Pu'u Kahea Conference - 85-199 Ala Hema Street, Waianae

no later than 6:00pm on Friday. 

You may arrive as early as 3pm (leaders will be there for set up) - check in begins at 6pm.

There is plenty free parking at Pu'u Kahea - parking is on site and is on private property.

Drivers: If you marked 'I can drive and pick up passengers' on the registration form, a Cru leader will contact you and all the other drivers the week prior to Fall Getaway to confirm. You will be assigned passengers (Airport pick up OR home/campus pick up) -and will be given their phone numbers to contact your passengers and coordinate pick up.

Riders: If you marked 'need a ride' on the registration form, whether you live on O'ahu or another island, you will be assigned a vehicle and a driver. Your driver will contact you days prior to let know where your pick up location will be. 

Note to Staff/Leaders from neighbor islands: we will try our best to get drivers to accommodate your group, if in the event we are unable to find space in some vehicles - each Cru ministry may need to raise support for a rental vehicle.

There will be a transportation list that you will have access to. 

 If you live on another island and plan to fly to O'ahu, please plan to book flights with all those attending Fall Getaway from your island. Book flights together (if can) to/from Honolulu (HNL) - and send your group's flight information to cristina.cabansagan@cru.org upon booking. If needed, have one leader from your island coordinate transit to/from your local airport.

**Unfortunately if you book a flight outside of the pick up and drop off windows you will be responsible for your own transportation to/from the HNL Airport. 

**If you wish to come early (before Friday) OR stay longer (after Sunday) on O'ahu  you will be personally responsible for your own lodging and transportation.

Friday Dinner - Bring your own food from home OR $12 to get food on the road before you arrive

Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, Sunday Breakfast and Lunch is included in your registration.

*If you have meal restrictions or allergies please plan accordingly, meals will be prepared as a group and choices will be limited.

Discount: All First time Students will receive 30% off of their registration (approx $33)
**Students who have attended Fall Getaway in the past and Cru Leadership/Staff do not qualify to receive this discount.

**If you will be dropping in for any length of time - please register as a 'Day Pass' attendee.
**If you will be commuting all 3 days, but will not sleep at the site - please register as a 'Commuter'.

To be safe from the spread of COVID. Hawai'i Cru is advising to mask and sanitize at your own risk.

Please stay home if sick. If you have any symptoms 2-3 days prior to Fall Getaway, please take an at-home-COVID test kit to confirm negative result to ensure health of others before attending. We unfortunately had COVID spread during previous Fall Getaway Events and wish to prevent that again this year as best can.
