"Cru is a "para-church organization, and that means we work alongside the church to help fulfill the Great Commission..." "[While] God has positioned Cru in a pivotal place in your life [through] Bible studies, discipleship, training in evangelism, summer missions projects and opportunities to meet other Christians on your campus... we know that we are not the Church."1
"See, at Cru, you don’t get a representative sampling of the Body of Christ. By refraining from church participation, you get a really skewed idea of life. We are insulated on campus. By going to church, you have the opportunity to meet older and younger people, and people who are not in school."1 We at Hawai'i Cru desire that you join the community and attend a local church regularly while you are in college.
Below is a list of our church partners that many students and the leaders at our Hawai'i Cru movement attend regularly. If you need a ride or a friend to go to service with, contact information is listed. For more info click the church's name, you will be directed to the church website.
